Description: Formerly a Lightbringer with the Order of Whispers (a secretive group of spies and intel-gatherers) Ana has since been returned home, experienced the events of the Heart of Thorns expansion and has come back after retiring with the Order to join the Pact of Tyria full time. She is a young woman who has seen a lot of time in battle thanks to the threat of the Elder Dragons, and is only just beginning to reconcile the things she had to see and deal with in the Heart of Maguuma - the thick jungle expanse that happened to be the lair of the Elder Dragon Mordremoth. She has also gained the Druid ability, switching her axe and warhorn for a staff and a slew of healing abilities she didn't have previously.

Plans: Her shadow is going to be fuuuun. And by fun I mean let's go ahead and let all that soldier-based PTSD out in the open shall we. Ana does have cooking skills and has learned to make things last given that she has to take food along on long term missions and the like, so she'll be doing what she can there while dealing with shadow bullshit.

Character Name: Pidge Gunderson (Katie Holt)
Canon: Voltron: Legendary Defender
Description: Pidge is the Paladin of the Green Lion of Voltron, basically a giant magic-mechanical robot lion that combines with four others to make a massive fighting mech otherwise known as the "Defender of the Universe". Pidge and co were essentially conscripted to be the Paladins by a series of loosely interconnected events and "accidents" that essentially set them in the path of the Galra Empire, a massive warring force attempting to take control of the entire galaxy. Pidge herself is missing family because of the Galra Empire, but in the process of trying to locate them again (and prove that there was absolutely a coverup on Earth about it) found that becoming a Paladin was going to be the only way to save them and prevent others from sharing the same fate. She is incredibly intellegent, starting the series off as a communicatons officer and moving to the teams de-facto engineer. She is tiny, nerdy, full of snark but absolutely willing to throw down in order to keep the people she cares about safe.
What You're Looking For: She's new so I'm absolutely looking for fellow techies to bounce her off of. Others, too, of course, but she's mainly going to be looking for like minded people to ramble at and do what she can to up the defenses of the heroes in the castle.

b>Plans: The memory event for her thankfully missed her mind, which she's grateful for because she has uh... problems with other people being in her head as it is. However she's not getting out of having a shadow, and oh it's going to have some things to say about her recent life choices. While that's going on though she's going to be working to install a particle barrier using tech she has from the Castle of Lions in the safe areas in hopes of preventing further invasions before they even begin.

Character Name: Medli
Canon: The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
Description: Tiny bird child, current Sage of the Earth Temple in her world, gifted with musical ability and limited flight. Medli was key in aiding Link during his journal to return power to the Master Sword as well as finding the broken pieces of the Triforce, and while she is brave in her own right she has a bit of social awkwardness around people who aren't Rito as her entire life until meeting Link was spent around them and only them. She was also the caretaker for the Rito's guardian spirit, Valoo, and was given charge of the Rito prince, Komali after his grandmother passed away.
What You're Looking For: SOMEONE PLEASE HUG HER. BEFRIEND HER. PLEASE.
What You're Not: Yeah I mentioned this last time but she's young so unless there's some cute kiddie crush thing going on I doubt romance is going to come in to play here.
Plans: I'm not going to do a shadow for Medli cause honestly her issues are pretty... mild compared to others and frankly she's just a tiny birb and already feels like she needs a break already from last month. Poor child. BUT she may be able to be support for others that are struggling.

Character Name: Ioder Argylos Heurassein
Canon: Tales of Vesperia
Description: The very young emperor elect of Zaphias, Ioder is cousin to Estelle and ally to Brave Vesperia, the guild Yuri, Estelle and Rita are a part of. Very much a secondary character he is basically plot bait for the first half of the game and mostly non-existent after that point. Originally just a prince, he basically gives Estelle his blessing to traverse the world with Brave Vesperia rather than take up the throne, putting himself in the position to be elected rather than having the counsel and the knights continue to argue over which child should be the one. He is kind and gentle if not a little bit snarky, and has been aiding the castle in the background as his combat skills are absolutely nothing to write home about.
What You're Looking For: Anything! Everything! Ioder needs to get out of his room more. Seriously.
What You're Not: N/A
Plans: Ioder's shadow is going to be... interesting considering he actually has a lot more hangups about being emperor than he lets on. IDK if anyone is going to want to help him with that but he'll be there with it regardless.

Character Name: Hilda
Canon: The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (The Box CRAU)
Description: Former leader of the crumbling Lorule, Hilda was the unexpected antagonist of her game, corrupted by greed and an unquetionable desire to return her world to it's former glory. Betrayed by Yuga, her "advisor" who had his own plans, she was eventually shaken out of her insanity by her close friend Ravio and given a second chance to make things right. The broken Triforce was restored via a wish from Link and Princess Zelda upon returning to Hyrule, but before Hilda could even see her world slowly recovering she was whisked away to a hell simply known as The Box. There she experienced pain and suffering like no other until the castle took mercy on her and took her away from it all. She has since healed as much as possible, though the scars from her time in the Box remain and she has yet to regain the confidence and poise she once had.

Character Name: King Richard of Windor
Canon: Tales of Graces f
Description: King of the Windor nation, Richard grew up more or less isolated from most people due to the constant threats on the life of the royals that eventually culiminated in the death of his father and his ascension to the throne. Unfortunately he also fell victim to the being known as Lambda and was the antagonist of the game proper. The game ended with his recovery thanks to his childhood friend Asbel and others, and the extra chapter Linage and Legacies (aka "Future Arc") showed him in a much better light. He is polite and kind, a strict but benevolent ruler intent on atoning for the sins he comitted while under the influence of Lambda's rage, and actually quite goofy when he allows himself to relax. He's also a bit on the socially awkward scale because of his original isolation, but it comes out in strange conversations and silly behavior rather than anything too offputting.

Canon: Life is Strange
Description: Blue hair, piercings, leather jackets and a judicious use of the word "hella", Chloe is the castle's resident punk with a foul mouth and a surprising heart of gold. She might not get along with everyone but those she does consider friends are friends for life and someone she winds up intensely loyal to. Currently dating and engaged to (?) Max Caufield.
What You're Looking For: Friends and anyone she can argue with. Because that's just how she roles.
What You're Not: She is happily taken and very gay so no romance here.
Plans: ~~I still need to get her memories up before the month is over~~ but uh sometimes I think Chloe is her shadow so it's going to be something else to see where all of that goes.

Character Name: Yashrio Isana (Adolf K. Weismann)
Canon: K: Return of Kings
Description: Currently inhabiting the body of a seventeen year old boy, going by the name Yashiro Isana, he is the "First and Silver King" of the Dresden Slates - a mystical, power giving object that he was in part responsible for back during World War II. Having aided with the discovery of what was hailed as nothing short of a miracle, Weismann studied the Slates with his sister and Lieutenant Daikaku Kokujouji until a bombing ended Klaudia's life and left Weismann absolutely distraught. For over 50 years he stayed in the air in a blimp called Himmelreich, leaving the nation of Japan in Daikaku's hands until the devious nature of the Seventh, Colorless King forced him in to the body he inhabits now. Since then he has created his own clan with Neko and Kuroh Yatogami and ended several conflicts with the remaining clans, being dragged to the castle specifically in the middle of attempting to keep the Green King Nagare Hisui from acquiring the Slates and causing even more damage with their powers. While Daikaku still calls him "Weismann" even in his current body, he prefers to go by Shiro or Yashiro and isn't much for formalities.
What You're Looking For: Yashiro really does need to get out more. Please befriend him, his constant overthinking is turning him in to such a wallflower.

Plans: ~~Another one I still need to get memories up for before month's end~~ BUT uh shadow-wise... idk he's either not going to have one or be rather accepting of his fairly early on because he came to terms with a lot of his personal deficiencies and problems in the second season. He may team up with others if at all possible in dealing with their current lacking Ozuma issues.

Character Name: Rin Okumura
Canon: Ao no Exorcist (manga)
Description: Hot tempered teenage half-demon son of Satan, raised by a priest with his twin brother turned genius prodigy exorcist, Rin Okumura has spent the past year doing everything to prove that he is not the threat that the Vatican seems determined to label him as. Originally a loner with a nasty attitude, he has gained friendship and learned to trust and be himself thanks to the connections he's made through training to be an exorcist. He is striving to make it to the top exorcist rank, Paladin, before his younger brother who already has years of experience and intelligence on him, but more than that he wants the higher ups to know that he won't be the "savior of Assiah" or the "King of Gehenna", that he will instead be the "best damn exorcist anyone has ever seen".
What You're Looking For: Rin has gotten pretty comfortable here, and has made some good connections. I really can't wish for much more than what he already has because he pretty much got in good with most of the residents right out of the gate. Always willing for him to make more friends, though!

Character Name: N(atural Harmonia Groupis)
Canon: Pokemon Black/White (Vatheon/Bastion CRAU)
Description: Former "King" of Team Plasma, the main team-based antagonist of the Black/White games, N was manipulated from a young age to believe that all Pokemon were being oppressed and abused by human trainers. Able to hear the "inner voices" of Pokemon he was brought only broken ones by his so-called father Ghetsis in order to use his ability and title to convince people to liberate their Pokemon if they did indeed care for them so much. Thanks to the intervention and general presence of the protagonist Hilda he was able to see that most trainers actually connected on a very deep level with their teams, and both were able to stop Ghetsis' actual master plan - to take all Pokemon for himself. For quite some time afterwards N was in the ether, having run off to leave Hilda to follow her own dreams, but they were reunited after being pulled to another world known as Vatheon. Following the end of the Vatheon experiment they were intending to return home, only to be pulled yet again to a broken world and a floating island simply known as The Bastion. It was in Bastion that the two were married, and for a time they thought they would be able to live their lives peacefully once the Bastion was turned in to a proper world. Unfortunately the castle and Sol Raveh had different plans for them.
