Natel di Lynn | OC
[The ice-haired human woman couldn't help but sigh, as she moved towards the door from the Altar Room.
Natel di Lynn had enough problems back home. Like getting revenge on the bastards who had made her who she was now. And stealing as much money and as many other goods as possible on the way for her own enjoyment. And generally trying to ignore those feelings of self-loathing brought about from the fact that she was perfectly aware her thefts were wrong combined with the fact that she was was no longer able to care. Then there was maybe trying to figure out a way to un-break her sense of empathy. Also, the casino job she was about to be sent on as a big step towards enabling that first goal.
And now, instead, she was here. In a cold temple. Stuck working on some other world's problems while the Magocracy walked free back home, and everything was wrong, and...
Before she'd known it, her fist was slammed against one of the walls near the door, matched with an angry cry.]
... At least I can still feel pain.
[... What wonderful words to walk in on, huh???]
[OOC: Icons for Natel are in progress, so apologies for the lack of expressions right now.]
Chase Collins | The Covenant
Right now he was going to be exploring the new area, cautiously, a frown on his face as he rubbed his throat where he still could almost feel that damned weird plant thing.
Of course, he's paying attention at the same time as looking for someone to 'accidentally' bump into and start getting to a line of questioning for. So, congrats if you're that lucky soul]
Geez! Dammit. Sorry. Wasn't watching where I was going.
[There's a small smile as he attempts to look apologetic. Can he even pull that off with the latest fall fashion of 'I would have been waking up in a grave if not here'?]
no subject
How about you watch where...
[That scent hits him and it's nothing like the one that his fiance had, but it hits him like a ton of bricks...]
Chase?
no subject
What're you doing here, Golden Boy? Techs drag you into the same crap hole as the rest've us?
[He tilts his head, apologetic smile having switched to a dastardly smirk. He can tell there's something different, the eyes, for one, having caught glimpse of them. He wasn't going to just immediately say something. He wasn't going to seem intimidated]

Oh great...you're here too.
Fun.
[ Yup, only just seeing you again and all ready you get sarcasm. Have fun Chase. ]
HI POGUE
I know, right? And how have you been handling this fine new gift we've been given?
[Because he can go violent, but he's not going to. Just taunt. All the taunting. Make sure this is the exact same guy and everything]

In Medli's defense, she's been on edge ever since she showed up here, stuck between terrified and rightfully upset that she was dragged away from her duties as the Earth Sage. She is "alone" here in the sense that she doesn't have Link to help her, and her only skills of note are playing that shining harp that she's clutching so tightly to.
Getting knocked in to by some one that much larger than the poor bird girl sends her sprawling to the ground with that scream, too frightened to even hear that she was being apologized to.
Arms above her head, shaking hands still clinging to the harp that she's now using as a shield against any potential attacks, any sense of her usual bravery is gone as she cries out.]
D-don't hurt me!
no subject
Whoa! Whoa! I'm not going to hurt you. In fact, I bumped into you by accident, so again, sorry.
[He's offering a hand to help her up before eyeing his own hand with a face, wiping it off on a relatively clean section of his pants before offering it out again]
Name's Chase Collins.

Pogue Parry | The Covenant | CRAU
That was all Pogue remembered, before suddenly he feels his body ache, he feels himself stir once again. Things aren't the same. Something feels off. He doesn't understand it.
When Pogue does finally open his eyes he doesn't recognize anything around him. ]
Where the hell did those idiots have me wake up now? Stupid fuckin' techs.
Re: Pogue Parry | The Covenant | CRAU
Y'know, they'd probably just find some way to kill you again, if that's what happened just now, right? Especially for saying stuff like that.
[There's a pout on his lips as he speaks]
Pretty sure Baby boy wouldn't be too fond of that idea, now would he?
ih no he mentioned Tyler......broken right off the bat...
He was going to say something before Chase brought up Tyler.
Shit. He had cone back. But Tyler hadn't. Why? It wasn't fair. Why did Tyler have to die? Why couldn't it have been himself? Or hell, why couldn't it have been Chase? ]
Don't fucking talk about him...I don't have the patients yo deal with you right now.

Because that's exactly what's standing in front of you, clutching the harp in her hands while trying desperately to not look as terrified as she is right now. Her experience with humans was minimal, and by "minimal" we mean she'd only ever properly met one before going off to become the Sage of the Earth Temple. And that one was Link.
And Link was tiny and cute.
Sorry, Pogue. That's not at all what you are.
Plus being here and having just woken up not that long ago herself, she's not really doing so well in the fear department. Damned if she wants to anyone to know it, though, hence why she's standing her ground even if everything in her wants her to run and hide.
If Pogue does actually look her way or speak to her, the first response he's going to get is a frightened squeak.]
Caleb Danvers | The Covenant | CRAU
It's why he decides to stick a bit closer to the shadows, watching and waiting. Though since that didn't feel right he moves away from them. Intent on exploring the place and getting the lay of the land.]
no subject
Going to guess you're new to this place too, then.
no subject
But he also has a tail. So. Make of that what you will.
Returning from checking out the newly opened tower, he drops down the raised platforms in the storage room before walking out the door in to the altar room proper.
... oh. New people.
Might as well be friendly.]
Yo.
[Any ol' common place.]
[Good meal and a long sleep, that's what he needs. No, closer to it, he could use a feast. (Nothing's saying he's not still susceptible to the hallucinations right now, either. But it's something he'd prefer not to think about.)]
[Best thing to do: sit on his duff somewhere, rest his strained and tired muscles. He may or may not pay you mind if you're passing by.]
[Tower of Winds]
[Rainy and wet. Great. (Not that she, as a bioroid, has any real need to worry about such things, but- the atmosphere just felt really gloomy right now. It's ew.)]
[Nonetheless...she'll stay near the windows anyway. Walking somewhere else can happen when she's ready.]

[... ...well, there's not really any need to disturb anything. Not even any need to eat either, strictly speaking, but his body can extract fuel from it as readily as a human's.
Yay for Mr. Fusion tech, amirite? That, and eating can provide comfort if he's willing to take it.][So hey, just nibbling on a piece of bread over here, waiting for someone to come along. He must've just gotten here; it's remarkably fresh.]
[Second Tower - IKURI]
Their loss.][But now she's Half-crouched and half-sitting, watching the birds with fascination. (Her sword's held horizontally, the blade resting in one hand while the other grips the hilt. Non-threatening, possibly for the birds' sake, but still ready.) The sun delights her too, in those spare moments it peeks through the clouds to drop a ray or two of light into the room...]
Re: [Second Tower - IKURI]
Ikuri-chaaaan!!
[Ibuki's not very affected by the weather thanks to the cloak Megaera gave her, but that didn't stop her from suddenly glomping Ikuri. After all, the other girl might be chilly]
Ikuri-chan, Ikuri-chan, do you need Ibuki to warm you up??
[Though she's already snuggling, so it probably doesn't matter how Ikuri answers]

[A Shooter of a different persuasion has come into this area. Maybe it says something that she ran off to investigate the kitchen the moment she heard there was one...]
[She's examining the various appliances and implements.]
Gynoid Support Unit 24 | OC (Revised)
[Right at the door to the altar room, a tan-skinned, white-haired girl was stopped, leaning against a pillar. She had a cloak on, and pajamas underneath.
Gynoid Support Unit 24 was taking a quick stop to think out her situation before she went on to exploring. She’d listened to Ozuma, and was convinced he was not lying, which provided her the essentials of what she needed to know about her situation. She was in a different world, she still had her powers, she had some of her stuff, and she had a clear objective if she wanted to get back home: Bring this place back to the light.
Issue one with that: She only had some of her stuff. She’d have to get other critical gear back somehow. Hopefully the ‘dark’ areas would have loot she could acquire, like most proper dungeons back home. Though earning favors could also work.
Issue two was more immediate, in S24’s mind. Her master, Halford, wasn’t here, and she couldn’t count on hi being here any time soon. Fortunately, he’d provided her a standing order for if she were separated from him - though she had expected it would be because something killed him, not her getting pulled across who even knew how many planes. Still, it was easy enough: Find a suitable master, and consider them her master for all points and purposes unless and until he showed back up. Sure, it involved her absolutely end-running the hell out of her programmed refusal to exercise free will, but it at least meant she was not at risk of being paralyzed with indecision due to inability to take any action. Thank the Great Metadivine for small favors, it seemed. She just had to keep reminding herself she was doing exactly what she was told to do, and only applying appropriate initiative and forethought to her orders. Nothing wrong with that, right?
… She still felt uneasy about it, but it’d have to do. She finally decided the best first move was to get moving and talk to people. A quick explanation of the situation and she was sure she’d find someone!]
