Character Name: Sans the skeleton
Canon: PUNDERTALE
Description: Sans is an infamously lazy skeleton of simple needs: he likes to crack bad jokes, pull friendly, harmless pranks on people, and generally gets along with almost everyone he meets. If there's more to this guy than there appears to be (and it really seems so), he isn't inclined to talk about it. Been here a while, which explains why he always seems to know someone who might help you answer that question or get that thing done, so long as you aren't asking him to work.
What You're Looking For: Sans is the kind of guy who knew literally everyone in the Underground and yet no one really knew too much about him. I'm looking to make friends, or at least friendly acquaintances. People he can learn about and invest in their lives or just monkey around. CR that digs into who he is as a person would be neat, too, but I won't lie: it is extremely difficult to get Sans to open up about anything. He has a habit of avoiding responsibility and problems, unless it has to do with looking out for his brother, Papyrus.
What You're Not: Not much? He's been through a lot the past half year. He's been attracting a fair number of situations where people divulge some dark past material with him and at risk of summoning Ein (hi haha) for quoting Hamilton, the war doesn't discriminate, it takes and it takes and it takes AND BASICALLY Sans has been isolating himself and sleeping a lot.
Plans: Sans will be discovering there's something up with Sanji and will relay that information along to friendly parties. There's a thing related to a new arrival he'll be involved in. He is also beginning to put together some antitoxin nanites with Colin. He'll inadvertently be dropping a bunch of memories around for people to experience, so I'll be plotting over on this month's event post! Sans is also one of those who will be disappearing during the Forest Covered 4th Wall Event.
Other: Players on the game help re-define what LV (an important, if spoilery game mechanic in Undertale) means. If you haven't already, please do me a favor and consider filling it out? Again, this is spoilery. Thanks!!

Description: Rose is, simply, someone that feels misplaced across worlds. She's never fit in anywhere and kind of hates herself for it, thinking it some fault of her own. She ran away from being a monster only to be turned into a trained killing machine which wasn't much better. What's worse is how good she was at it and how naturally it comes to her. Now she just wants to be a regular person but that can be a lot more difficult than it sounds sometimes.
What You're Looking For: She has a lot of problematic behaviors with being a lying liar who lies probably the worst so! I'd like people to be her friend... and that includes calling her out on her bullshit. Fair warning though, she's been alone most of her life now and has a huge avoidance to any sort of closeness with people so being 'friends' is something she can have a hard time wrapping her head around. She'll fight it and withdraw and try to run away since that's all she knows but I'd love people who stick with her and help her gradually get over her issues. The memory event will probably be a good launching pad/jumpstart for this tbh
What You're Not: I am actually totally up for any CR, honestly! Positive, negative, or just casual. I'm still new so I'm kind of throwing Rosie at everyone rn and seeing what works.

Description: Living example of the phrase, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions." Exceptionally secretive, distrustful, slightly murdery child who may or may not be a hundred years old or something who knows honestly.

What You're Looking For: People Chara can at least be acquaintances with- mutually useful to each other. People to antagonize. More people starting to breach into "I REFUSE TO CALL YOU MY FRIEND but I care fuck" territory would be great, but uh...forewarning that it takes a lot to get through to them, and they will constantly clash against the idea.

What You're Not: If we haven't talked about your character stalking the eleven year old then they haven't been, nor do they have permission to. Also; no romance for...the obvious reasons.

Plans: -Need to wake up from getting cursed to sleep; how they'll be for the rest of this month I just don't know. The start of next month they'll be involved in some character intro stuff that will BLOW UP IMMENSELY, though they won't be one of the ones going to the fourth wall. Canon: Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Budget Blade Works
Description: Rin is a talented and versatile mage by her world's standards, albeit young, at 17. She's driven to succeed and has dedicated her life to her craft. Because she really enjoys it too, all things magical are guaranteed to ping her. Rin also likes to present herself as cold and elegant, but the cake is a lie. In actuality, she's incurably tsundere, temperamental, and a bit of a tomboy. She also has a wicked mischievous streak, and will take every opportunity to tease for a fun reaction. It's as much fun when she finds someone who'll dish it back.

What You're Looking For: Expanding CR, be it positive or negative! She's really trying this teamwork thing, but the events of last month are making her default back to her old wars of not getting too invested in the people she works with. Rin's naturally social and outgoing, so this doesn't mean she's being a complete recluse; she'll work with anyone, or have fun conversations with anyone. But it makes her more likely to make stupid decisions when on her own, and keep anything meaningful to herself. So... Characters who can get a different reaction out of her, basically!
What You're Not: Not bothered by anything at the moment, I don't think?

Plans:
— Taking a page from everyone else's book, and will have the planning for the memory event on the event page (once I finish ironing it out)
— She has a Ralts! I plan to make a post including him soon. She actually would like to train him up, not just keep him around (s-she decided a Pokemon companion will be more reliable than trusting anyone in the castle), so anything with that?
— Trying to develop an alternative/replacement to the cell phones for her own personal use is an ever-present goal of hers, though it'll probably take a backseat this month.

Description: Born in a dark world version of Hyrule with the unavoidable destiny of being the hero of Lorule...but he ended up being a non-confrontational coward. Then a very very bitter bunny after a stint in a horror torturebox. Uses humor to deflect the fact that he openly criticizes himself and always has his bird companion Sheerow and Sableeye Ruby with him, seems to have an affinity towards animals and magic.
What You're Looking For: idk but whatever it is, he needs more of it
What You're Not: Not that anyone SHOULD try for it but no love for him either
Plans: Blah blah blah memories--BUT COMING UP, Ravio wants to help out the people in the castle a bit more! So the thing that makes the most sense to him is asking Ozuma for supplies to make potions of varying colors (green for magic/energy replenishment, red and blue for physical healing/exhaustion). One method of ingredients is gathering jelly from fighting and destroying ChuChus. These fuckin things. He will hesitantly ask for ChuChus (instead of their jelly) and...well, a swarm of them will come in. They're brainless with a tendency towards mob mentality but are otherwise harmless and defeated by a simple whack (though blue ChuChus have electric attacks to worry about) so Ravio will begrudgingly take up ChuChu whacking duty...and ask for help with this because he's just one guy and doesn't want to get mobbed.

Description: Dove, resident archangel. She's extremely friendly and outgoing, exceptionally flirtatious, and...well, literally an angel. She's sort of recovering from a Bad Place, at the moment, but that won't stop her from being sweet and making friends. She's done/seen a lot in her time: lots of jobs, lots of traveling.
What You're Looking For: Friends! I've never actually played Dove in a game where she's had 'girl friends' to hang out with, talk boys, kick ass-- But really, just people for her to get to know in general. She tends to wilt when she's alone, so people are a fun time. Negative CR is alright, too, but I'd really like more fun and fluff than anything. She needs a few good close friends, sparring buddies...
She's also currently going through learning how to use her abilities other than just using her Fire, so if anyone is up for teaching, I'm all in!
Also kids? She likes kids. If your character is young, expect her to more than likely adore them.
She's also extremely romantic in almost every aspect, and I ADORE shipping, so that's open, too, so long as it isn't forced!
What You're Not: I'm not...terribly keen on killing her just yet? So none of that...
Plans:
-Her new powers settling in (PLEASE see permissions post, linked below). She's gonna have a bad time (nightmares, random queasy spells, etc) while the whole Archangel thing 'moves in'.
-She's going to be really sad that she can't fly. Not exactly a plot point, but...
-...she'll be filling in the hole the flight leaves with dancing? So if anyone is interested in walking in on her dancing with fire...
-She's got two sweet little Pokemon that need some buddies, so pokemon playdate is definitely on the list.
-Dove's going to be volunteering in the infirmary! So if anyone's got the sniffles or has been sliced up, she'll be around to give them some TLC.
Other: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go read and respond to her permissions post. Dove has a very intensive set of powers that will most definitely affect threads (or not, if you choose to opt out!). Also, you're more than welcome to use any of her powers as plot devices, if you can think of anything. :)

Description: Formerly a Lightbringer with the Order of Whispers (a secretive group of spies and intel-gatherers) Ana has since been returned home, experienced the events of the Heart of Thorns expansion and has come back after retiring with the Order to join the Pact of Tyria full time. She is a young woman who has seen a lot of time in battle thanks to the threat of the Elder Dragons, and is only just beginning to reconcile the things she had to see and deal with in the Heart of Maguuma - the thick jungle expanse that happened to be the lair of the Elder Dragon Mordremoth. She has also gained the Druid ability, switching her axe and warhorn for a staff and a slew of healing abilities she didn't have previously.
What You're Looking For: More friends for sure. It's been a while since she's allowed herself to get close to many outside of those she works/worked with and her family. She has developed a romantic relationship with Ashton, though. I would try for negative CR if it was at all possible but seeing as many people have similar goals to her (survive, take down the Queen, etc) I won't expect it.
What You're Not: Romance, see above.
Plans: She's in a state of recovery right now, physically and emotionally. It had already been a couple of months since the end of Mordremoth by the time she returned to the castle, but there were still a lot of things to take care of in regards to the minions and destruction he left behind as well as the losses they all faced. Eventually she will get back to putting the good fight against the Queen, though, as she is not one to sit around and simply wallow in sadness even if her heart very much wants to do just that. Event-wise... hooboy. Enjoy watching the hell that Elder Dragons cause...

Okay fo'real-- Wade's basically a chewy nougat of insecurity and abandonment issues wrapped around a layer of witty quips and pop culture references. Lately he's been trying to reconcile his heroic, compassionate streak with his desire to push people away as a defense mechanism (making friends is hard when you know they'll all die someday and you won't haha...ha), so he's still very conflicted as a result. Expect him to be shallowly funny to a fault until you really get to know him and his inner demons. Deep down, the dude's a mess.

... okay, really, he's a former Seraph (Prestigious Group of Humans in Kryta, protectin' the queen and all else in the area) who left when he realized that he needed to look beyond Kryta to be able to help the world. HE'S BEEN THROUGH SOME SHIT. Including but not limited to some asshole dragon making minions out of Sylvari (plant people from his world) and basically making it so that he legit had to kill his ex-gf who went psycho as a result. For a long time, he could not control his anger, which led more to him being really thoughtless in battle and attacking blindly, which isn't very good for any fighter, lbr. He's since been canon updated and can now channel his anger problems into FIRE. No joke, he legit can set himself on fire and give enemies fire. Lots of fire. So much fire. He's also a lot calmer now in general because all the shit with that asshole derg has been pretty much resolved, and he has a new girlfrand who can shut him down whenever he's being pissy.

What You're Looking For: I really love how Minako has started developing a support network here. She's starting to open up about the state of her soul at home... and about the kinds of shit she's been through, even just in canon. Ultimate dream is for her to trust someone enough to open up about what she was like and what happened to her in the years before canon starts, when she was still a nihilistic husk of a person. 8D But also more friendship and general emotional support building is good stuff. She needs to replacement goldfish her iwatodai friends. She needs to get attachment in her S Links and find rhythm and purpose here at the Castle to keep her head on straight.

Description: Basically, a walking cinnamon roll meme who is also a magical boy. And like half-alien. Steven is ridiculously friendly and empathetic, always prepared to see the absolute best in people. He'll try to be friends with anyone, he can love pretty much anyone, and he's a big of talking things out/understanding over violence.

What You're Looking For: FRIENDS ALWAYS. Steven will make friends with anyone (possibly only on his end), give him five minutes. It would be particularly nice to keep building CR with other young folks or people who can kinda get that "not totally human, not totally the other thing" life vibe? Plans: I don't have much set for the future right now (apart from likely a canon update sometime next month), but I am infinitely open for memory event plotting!
