Y'all know the drill on how these things work; as a few points of interest, consider;

-This month's event: TBA

-Seems like the castle's still a bit of a mess after that party; we're all lazy slobs. We uh...we should probably fix that?

-Chara and Rin will be scouting out and posting on both the network and bulletin board about volunteers for a large push through the castle this month. There will be four parties total over the second half of the month, so please respond below to let us know your initial interest! (and take it from a little Birdie; you'll want to enlist if you're interested in a certain TBA)

-Colin's movie nights; currently showing Steamboat Willy, Fantasia, What's Doc Opera- huh. Seems to be quite a few cartoons there, Colin. Maybe you and Death should spice up the variety.

Description: Sans is an infamously lazy skeleton of simple needs: he likes to crack bad jokes, pull friendly, harmless pranks on people, and generally gets along with almost everyone he meets. If there's more to this guy than there appears to be (and it really seems so), he isn't inclined to talk about it. Has a tendency to just... show up places, and he is really good at reading people.
What You're Looking For: Sans is the kind of guy who knew literally everyone in the Underground and yet no one really knew too much about him. I'm looking to make friends with practically everybody. People he can learn about and invest in their lives or just monkey around. CR that digs into who he is as a person would be neat, too, but I won't lie: it is extremely difficult to get Sans to open up about anything. He has a habit of avoiding responsibility and problems, though, which has gotten a little worse lately.
What You're Not: Not much? He's been through a lot the past few months. He's been attracting a fair number of situations where people divulge some dark past material with him and, being in a not-so-great place right now, Sans has been isolating himself.
Plans: Survive.

Usually I had at least a log or post a month with various things Sans is doing but he's doing a whole lot of practically nothing, currently. Might run into him as he's raiding the kitchen for leftovers when he remembers to eat, or sleeping somewhere (occasionally humorously inappropriate). Seems friendly and funny enough, if really tired.

Neither did Chara but boy howdy has the Undertale fandom opened my eyes on that. Resident prickly cactus attempting to be A Good, because if they do they get permadeath. You might think that's a joke. It's not.

What You're Looking For: Hoo boy so uh, I guess this kid just comes with the warning that no matter what CR you want, your character will pop their personal bubble at some point. Totally unavoidable. That aside, I am so up for any CR. Want to slowly get under their skin? Go for it. Want them to absolutely hate your guts? That one's pretty easy. LOVE is an open door, they say.

What You're Not: Romance and sexual for really obvious reasons.

Plans:
-HOORAY THEY'RE NOT POISONED ANYMORE.
-Didn't want to deal with a total brat right off the bat newbies too bad you all get one anyway.
-Chara is going to be heavily involved with creating this month's castle push and starting to put down more of a uh... communicative leadership team that doesn't entirely consist of Zuko, hurr. Part of that is that diddly darn opt in above, but there'll be more details to come with this because Chara is a prick and they like making that known.More drama! More bloodshed! More IC consequences to consider hooraaaayyy....
-Chara's still trying to figure out this whole grieving thing which is more...for close CR, but if you want the kid to crack a bit in front of you, lets plot that.

Description: Henry's a kind of... messed up dark mage, who maybe enjoys blood and death a little too much? And curses. Oh boy, does he love curses! But despite his, ah, hobbies, he's a pretty cheerful guy, who likes joking around and helping his friends. Even if his ideas of 'helping' maybe aren't really normal. But he usually means... well? Well-ish? Probably? It can be hard to tell with him.

What You're Looking For: Absolutely anything, yo. Henry's a friendly person, but his obsession with killing will probably be an issue. So both positive and negative CR are easy enough to get with him, depending on how willing your character is to look past that. He's gonna be mostly cheerful either way, so the odds of him getting antagonistic are pretty low. Like, someone could try to kill him and he'd still wanna hang out. Actually, it'd probably make him like them more... Positive CR that will make him dial the murder-happy thing down a bit is always super welcome. But since he's a total newbie, I'm happy with anything anyone wants to throw at him!
What You're Not: Nothing I can think of right now, I'm open to pretty much everything?

Plans: He's a total newbie, so no real plans yet, but I'm sure he'll be up to stuff soon enough.

What You're Looking For: Antagonistic CR. AZ does have a limit to his patience... it just takes a while to get there. He actually does get legitimately angry sometimes... and it's been a while since he has.
What You're Not: Please do not kiss the hobo.

Canon: Kamen Rider Blade
Description: A nervous wreck of a teenager, he gained a bit more confidence saving the world. He does his best to be kind, partly because he still feels guilty for messing up all the things when he was possessed. He's actually quite a competent fighter, but you wouldn't know that from him nearly falling on his face when he plays basketball.
What You're Looking For: He needs friends. He's not particularly good at making them, but he definitely needs some. :( Alternatively, people he can cling to for direction. He's... not much of a leader.
What You're Not: He's taken so no romance.
Plans: Once I do some research on if basketball rules are different in Japan at all, I'm thinking of having him offer to teach people how to play basketball. \o/ If anyone is interested, at least.

Canon: Persona 3 (AU) (Tower of Animus CRAU)
Description: Another kid who has Seen Too Much. From time on the streets, time in Strega, and time in the Tower of Animus, this Ken is much more direct and much less polite than his canon counterpart. He's small, hates being called a kid, and is ready to stab Shadows.
What You're Looking For: Some... legitimately understanding CR might be nice. People he can offload on who will be... if not sympathetic, then at least understanding. He needs a good cry that he hasn't gotten in a long time.
What You're Not: He is either 11 or 14 and either way don't kiss him he hasn't gone through puberty again yet. :| Also I think he's annoyed enough people that I'm not looking for antagonistic CR right now.
Plans: Planning on throwing him at the exploration log, but otherwise I got nothin'.

Description: Obi-Wan is a kind and wise Jedi master that has been through a lot. Expect him to be friendly but also quietly sad. He's a Force user and a master of it, which means he's capable of some really cool things. Maybe your character can discover this?
What You're Looking For: He's open to just about anything since he's just arrived. Friendships would really do him good and getting him involved in castle things.
What You're Not: While I'm not really opposed to it, romance is tricky with this one. According to the Jedi code that he follows dutifully, he's not supposed to have attachments. Though that's not really stopped him before, romance will require an exceptional amount of CR. Lots of time and work.

What You're Looking For: Fluffy stuff. Toriel has been through some shit and she's tired. She needs to make deeper connections to keep her spirit and HP up. I'd also like to see her structure playdates between her cubone and other Pokemon in the castle. Even though he's lonely nature and doesn't think he's a Pokemon, it would do him some good to make some friends his size.
What You're Not: Nothing negative right now.
Plans: Making it through the month. I have more plans for Otto this month, haha. Toriel's been teaching him to read and write. It's slow going but Otto is on a young child's level already. He's also learning to speak. Toriel doesn't know this either. I'd love to surprise another character with Otto saying a short word or a small, choppy phrase.

Canon: World of Warcraft
Description: A gnome who's actually a dragon! Chromie's a Timewalker, a bronze dedicated to traveling through and fixing time. They're heavily dependent upon mortal arcane users to help them now that they've lost a good chunk of their powers. Most bronze dragons avoid or even hate mortals but Chromie's been friendly with them from day one. You can get a better sense of her personality here.
What You're Looking For: Literally everything! Leaning toward positive interactions though. Bronze dragons don't really have enemies beyond their future evil counterparts of the Infinite Dragonflight. I'd like for Chromie to surprise some characters; see below.
What You're Not: I'm pretty flexible at the moment.
Plans: Bronze dragons are really weird. Did you know they exist in multiple places in time at once? That means Chromie typically knows about other characters before she meets them. You should go to her permissions post and choose whether she may know names or not. She doesn't have to know names. It's just a fun option.
Overarching plans: Chromie'll be impressed with how stable the castle is, all the anomalies considered, and do her own research into the time vortex it technically is. Characters are welcome to witness her doing this research. If they make a good first impression, she might use her magic to illuminate the anomalies to show them just how cluttered the castle really is! But that's the extent; actually playing with time is limited. Sorry guys, no transporting anyone along the castle timeline!

Description: The Grim Reaper himself...but only for the Discworld. He may be pretty intimidating with his 7 feet of height and DISTINCTIVE VOICE, but this Death is actually quite kind even if he doesn't quite understand how the mortal world works. Since he's currently on vacation, he'd much rather compare notes about everyone's worlds or talk about his granddaughter than get into a discussion about his job.

What You're Looking For: I'd love for Death to make a genuine friend! Being Death, he's actually quite lonely since he knows he's going to "outlive" everyone he meets.

I'd also love it if someone could become a teacher for him -- almost any subject is fair game since his skills and experiences are pretty much all related to his work. He can apply them to things like gardening and games, but skills such as cooking or building anything are beyond him.

What You're Not: I'm not sure why you'd want to, but nobody's going to be boning Death anytime soon.

Plans: I've been considering having him try to start... a garden. Partly to give people something to do during the day, and partly to see just how far the time stasis in the castle goes.

Okay fo'real-- Wade's basically a chewy nougat of insecurity and abandonment issues wrapped around a layer of witty quips and pop culture references. Lately he's been trying to reconcile his heroic, compassionate streak with his desire to push people away as a defense mechanism (making friends is hard when you know they'll all die someday and you won't haha...ha), so he's still very conflicted as a result. Expect him to be shallowly funny to a fault until you really get to know him and his inner demons. Deep down, the dude's a mess.
What You're Looking For: Anything! Friends, enemies, frienemies, people he can flirt and have sexual tension with... whatever!
What You're Not: Nothing whatsoever. COME AT ME BROS.
Plans: Nothing concrete just yet aside from potential TBA shenanigans. If you've got a plan that involves Wade that you wanna toss at me, feel free! Wade's also the proud Pokedaddy of a baby Cubone (whom he's been teaching ASL and English in order to communicate with her better) so I'd also love to do any plotting involving her as well, if you're interested!

She's pretty crass, bossy, and none too nice most of the time, though she does have a softer, more delicate, almost sisterly nature when you get in her good graces. To those she doesn't like, however, she is cruel and absolutely ruthless. Pirate. :'D
What You're Looking For: Not much, I'm honestly open to any and everything for Perona. SHE NEEDS MORE FRIENDS/ACQUAINTANCES. So I really just wanna CR grind with her as much as possible. She also would love to meet people that know more about the pokemon she has (a Cleffa and a Misdreavus) since animals are kinda "her thing" and she wants to know as much as she can about them. Also, fellow medically inclined peeps!! She would love to get to know you.
What You're Not: While I am absolutely and totally down for negative CR, I really don't want it to get to the point where the two will be trying to kill each other when forced to be in contact (I'm looking at you, Chara). Also, not too open for romancey things right now? That may change with various developments, WHO KNOWS, but may as well throw that out there.
Plans: Really not much. B|a She may join the expedition/exploration mission since her powers are REALLY handy for scouting (she can see/hear what her ghosts see/hear and they can literally pass through any substance. She can also communicate through them like a walkie-talkie and they can multiply upon her command to span a greater area and can attack for her.). Other than that, probably learning more about her Pokemon and how best to care for them...she'll also be making some clothes with the textiles available and heading the medi-bay since the NPC there is rude af.

What You're Looking For:Anything, really. Casual CR is good, though I would really love anyone willing to dig into him a bit so he can develop some meaningful CR. He's not a dude to talk about himself much, which can be really damn tricky. Also cooking buddies would be awesome! Or hell, someone who needs Sanji after their ass to eat properly. But I am really not picky, GIVE ME YOUR CR.
What You're Not: Negative CR is cool but nothing that would result in hatred atm, since I don't have the time/energy to invest in it. DAMN YOU, SCHOOL.
Plans: Going on expeditions, cooking for people, mostly low key stuff... until that mod plot probably. /lurks

Canon: Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Budget Blade Works
Description: Rin is a talented and versatile mage by her world's standards, albeit young. She's driven to succeed and has dedicated her life to her craft. Because she really enjoys it too, all things magical are guaranteed to ping her. Rin also likes to present herself as cold and elegant, but the cake is a lie. In actuality, she's incurably tsundere, temperamental, and a bit of a tomboy. She also has a wicked mischievous streak, and will take every opportunity to tease for a fun reaction. It's as much fun when she finds someone who'll dish it back.

What You're Looking For: Rin's new and I'm new(ish), so I'm excited for any CR in general right now, tbh! Positive or negative. Rin's naturally social and outgoing when not limited by her world's rules governing magi, so I can come up with about any excuse for her to meet people. I have ideas for that below, but seriously, give me whatever inspires you. I'll take everything from drama to hijinks, and plot is my lifeblood.
What You're Not: Not bothered by anything at the moment, I don't think?

Plans: THINGS. LOTS OF THINGS.
— She's going to be spearheading that castle push along with Chara, so there'll be that. She's very eager to make some progress.
— One of my overarching goals for Rin is to have her transfer the features of the cellphones into other, less techy objects she feels more comfortable with (she sucks at technology, sob). I want to have fun with this, so there'll be a lot of trial and error first. Like calling the wrong person, being unable to hang up. Maybe she calls someone and they get the magic equivalent of a fax machine sound? SHENANIGANS, basically.
—— Also if anyone wants to help her put it together or give her ideas, I'm up for that too. She's going to start with using a jewel to more or less accidentally make a BlueTooth, but I haven't decided what she'll use to eventually access the network.
— She's about to be the brand new owner of a Ralts, so now there's Pokemon training too!

Other: Rin can detect magic users and magical items, to an extent, so I have a permissions post set up over here. If you have any characters with abilities or items that could apply, I'd be might appreciative if you'd fill it out. Thanks!

Description: Little green drama queen alien. Up until recently, an enemy of Earth; now (reluctantly) one of its protectors. Her social skills need some work, but she can be surprisingly dere when she takes an interest in someone.
What You're Looking For: Honestly, PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING. Which I know is kinda a cop-out, but due to some RL shenanigans, I haven't had a chance to do much with her yet. She's a little prickly and suspicious, so full-on friendship might take some persistence, but we can get there. The more she gets used to people the easier it'll be! She's another one of those logical science types, so there's some common ground for some in game to start with. She's very curious and likes to understand things that interest her, so that's a good possible hook for some CR too.
What You're Not: not interested in romantic ships atm.
Plans: nothing really for now except for just generally...getting back into the game and actually RPing her again! I'll probs try and post with her sooner rather than later so she can meet more people and reconnect with others from before RL ate me.

Description: A pop-culture-referencing mechanical engineer with a sweet tooth and perhaps a bit more of a smartass attitude than is strictly necessary. Cisco's generally friendly, pretty tenderhearted, and seeks out ways to help people/make a difference through Technology! Fun at parties. Has trust issues, self-worth issues, and superpowers that he tries really hard to keep on the down-low.
What You're Looking For: FRIENDS FOR SURE. If you make a friend of Cisco, you have a friend 4 life, that's what they probably say. Tech buddies, superheroes, people who fill the vitriolic best buds trope his life is missing in this world. I'm cool with negative CR!
What You're Not: I'm not looking for ships for him right now, though I'm not against characters flirting (or as is more common in his life, 'Cisco knowingly shoots out of his league and fails but YOLO').
Plans: I don't have anything too concrete for Cisco as far as CR-building potential goes? He'll be involved in the castle exploration push stuff (most likely manning the mission-control side of things), and should be working on some fun tech in the near future! Exploratory drones, light-based weaponry, etc. I'm always down to plot stuff out!

Description: It's not a meme I toss out there often, but: precious cinnamon roll, too good, too pure. Steven's a half-human, half-magic boy who actively looks for the best in every person/situation-- and while he's mature for his age in some very important ways, he's still a huge goofball who has been known to sing his feelings. A gentle pacifist at heart with room to love probably everybody ever. He has a lot of magic powers but the most important one is the power........ of friendship. Plus he's got this cool Staryu and he might??? technically be his own mom.
What You're Looking For: Steven is literally always prepared to make friends with somebody and I am always down for that. Other kids would be great! If your character's a little rough around the edges or could use someone to believe in them, he makes a great companion through trying times. It would be especially cool to start garnering CR that could relate to his "half human, half not" life issues, because he doesn't really have anyone in canon who gets what it's like? I'm pretty much up for any kind of gen CR.
What You're Not: Leaving romance off the table, for obvious reasons.
Plans: I volunteered him for the castle exploration push, but apart from that I don't have anything set up for him right now, pretty much. He makes some impressive rounds of his own (or at least he will when my work year is over in a day or so and I have summer free time ayy) and spends lots of time in the band room! Description: A seven year old wind seraph that trusts animals far more than people, and can curse like a sailor. Kind of a tsundere with budding blood knight tendencies, and has a tendency to be kinda rude, but ultimately a good kid. He's a massive nerd about botany, zoology, and cooking.
What You're Looking For: People to get him to participate in things more, rather than leaving him to his natural lurking tendencies. Also, cooking buddies.
What You're Not: Not really into particularly antagonistic CR right now. Romance beyond maybe mild infatuation from one of the other kids is obviously off the table too.
Plans: I rarely plan ahead for RP things, so not really.

Description: The sort of person who never stops smiling, makes puns with his own name, and flirts with pretty much everyone for the fun of it. Nikkari is generally pretty laid back and friendly, with occasional bursts where he acts like a not-particularly-big kid. Tends to talk a lot. He also happens to be a thousand year old sword with a recently acquired humanoid form.
What You're Looking For: It'd be pretty great if someone could eventually put together that he's very, very deliberate with his presentation of himself as mostly harmless. Otherwise, I'm pretty open for whatever.
What You're Not: Like I said, pretty open to whatever.

Our "mostly harmless" characters (Sans, Nikkari) should hang more JUST SAYING. He won't be involved in the Power Swap and, therefore, won't be involved in the exploration push (he's involved in the mission that LEADS to said push) so, if you have time/inclination, maybe we could do that?
